1. Using BuildPathly
By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not submit a form or use the website. BuildPathly may update these terms as the platform changes.
2. Prototype status
BuildPathly is an early prototype. Some tools and paid plans are labeled “Coming Soon” or “Planned Pricing.” They are not currently available for purchase or use. A “Join Waitlist” or “Request Early Access” button only submits your interest; it does not create an account, subscription, trial, reservation, or guarantee of future access.
The current site does not collect payment information or automatically sell subscriptions.
3. Educational and productivity use
BuildPathly provides educational information, planning resources, roadmaps, and productivity tools. Information is general and may not fit your situation. Results are not guaranteed, and no roadmap, plan, calculator, template, or generated draft guarantees business success, customers, revenue, financing, or investment performance.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your decisions, the accuracy of information you enter, and your review of any output. You agree not to use BuildPathly to break the law, violate another person’s rights, send harmful or deceptive content, interfere with site security, overload the service, or attempt unauthorized access. Do not submit passwords, payment-card information, Social Security numbers, confidential client data, or other sensitive information.
5. AI and generated content
AI tools shown on BuildPathly are currently planned unless clearly marked available. If generated content becomes available, it may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your purpose. You must review, edit, fact-check, and obtain any necessary professional advice before using an output. Do not present generated claims as verified facts without checking them.
6. PropertyPilot
PropertyPilot is a separate real-estate deal-analysis experience linked from BuildPathly. Its calculations depend on the numbers and assumptions entered. PropertyPilot does not provide legal, financial, lending, tax, or investment advice. You must verify property details, rents, expenses, financing terms, condition, laws, and other material facts before making a decision. See the Educational Disclaimer for more detail.
7. Website-services requests
Submitting a quote request does not create a contract, guarantee availability, reserve a project date, or require payment. Listed prices are introductory starting prices. Final scope, price, schedule, payment terms, ownership, hosting, revisions, and responsibilities must be confirmed in a separate written agreement before work begins.
8. Site content and information you submit
BuildPathly’s name, design, original written content, and site materials are owned by BuildPathly or used with permission. You may use the educational materials for your own learning and internal planning, but you may not copy, resell, republish, or claim ownership of the site or its materials without permission.
You keep ownership of information and content you submit. You give BuildPathly and its service providers permission to process that information only as reasonably needed to deliver the form, respond to the request, operate the service, and meet legal or security obligations.
9. Users under 18
If you are under 18, involve a parent or guardian before agreeing to paid services, signing contracts, making financial commitments, or acting on legal, financial, tax, lending, or investment decisions. BuildPathly is not directed to children under 13.
10. Availability and third-party services
BuildPathly may change, pause, remove, or improve prototype features without notice. The site may occasionally be unavailable. External links and service providers have their own terms and privacy practices; BuildPathly does not control every third-party service or guarantee that an external link will remain available.
11. Disclaimers and reasonable limits
The prototype is provided on an “as available” basis for general educational and productivity use. To the extent allowed by law, BuildPathly does not promise that every page, calculation, output, or link will be error-free, uninterrupted, current, or suitable for a particular decision.
You remain responsible for verifying important information and for the choices you make. Nothing in these terms removes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Changes and contact
