BuildPathly legal

Privacy Policy

This policy explains, in plain language, what information BuildPathly’s prototype forms collect, why it is collected, and the choices available to you.

Last updated: July 20, 2026

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the BuildPathly website, including its business roadmaps, AI tools preview, pricing waitlist, website-services quote form, and contact form. BuildPathly is currently a prototype. It does not offer user accounts, online checkout, or active paid subscriptions.

Plain-language summary

BuildPathly asks only for information needed to respond to a request, deliver a form submission, or manage interest in a planned feature.

2. Information you provide

BuildPathly collects information when you choose to submit one of its forms:

  • Contact form: full name, email address, selected topic, and message.
  • Website quote form: full name, email address, optional business name, website type, main goal, requested pages or features, estimated budget range, desired launch timeframe, and optional additional details.
  • Pricing waitlist: email address and the plan you selected.
  • AI early-access form: email address and the planned tool you selected.

Do not submit credit-card numbers, Social Security numbers, passwords, private financial records, or other sensitive information. BuildPathly does not request that information through these forms.

3. Technical information processed automatically

The services used to host BuildPathly and deliver forms may automatically process limited technical information, such as an IP address, browser or device type, request time, page requested, and security or error logs. This information may be used to operate the site, prevent abuse, diagnose problems, and maintain security.

4. Why information is collected

BuildPathly may use submitted information to:

  • respond to questions and support requests;
  • review a website-services request and discuss possible next steps;
  • record interest in planned pricing or AI tools;
  • operate, protect, troubleshoot, and improve the prototype; and
  • meet valid legal, safety, or recordkeeping obligations.

Submitting a waitlist or early-access form does not create a subscription, start a trial, or guarantee access.

5. Service providers and sharing

Form submissions are processed through FormSubmit so they can be delivered to BuildPathly’s business email inbox. The site’s hosting provider may process technical data needed to serve and secure the website. These providers may handle information under their own terms and privacy practices.

BuildPathly does not sell information submitted through its forms. Information may be disclosed if reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to a valid legal request, protect users or the service, investigate misuse, or complete a business transfer. If the way information is handled changes materially, this policy should be updated.

6. How long information is kept

Form information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, such as responding to a message, evaluating a quote request, managing early-interest lists, maintaining reasonable business records, or meeting legal and security needs. Copies may remain in email backups or service-provider systems for a limited period after deletion.

7. Access, correction, and deletion requests

You may ask BuildPathly to access, correct, or delete information you submitted. Email zyinvested@gmail.com with the subject line Privacy Request. Include the email address used on the form and clearly describe your request.

BuildPathly may ask for reasonable information to confirm that the request relates to you. A request will be handled within a reasonable period, subject to information that must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or recordkeeping reasons. You may also use the contact form and select “Privacy or deletion request.”

8. Children and teen users

BuildPathly is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them. A parent or guardian who believes a child under 13 submitted information may contact BuildPathly to request deletion.

Users under 18 should involve a parent or guardian before entering a paid service agreement, making a financial commitment, or sharing information for a business project.

9. Security

BuildPathly uses reasonable administrative and technical steps designed to limit unnecessary collection and protect submitted information. No website, email inbox, or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Submit only the information needed for the request.

11. Changes and contact

This policy may be updated as the prototype changes, new forms are added, or legal requirements develop. The “Last updated” date will show when this page was revised.

For privacy questions or requests, email zyinvested@gmail.com or visit the Contact page.
